PPPs for the construction of the new Faculty of Biotechnologies at the Turin Univeristy
Investment made by the PPP Italia Fund, in relation to which advisory activities were carried out, prior to the incorporation of Equiter SGR S.p.A., by Equiter S.p.A. pursuant to an advisory agreement with Fondaco SGR S.p.A. Fondaco SGR S.p.A. acted as the Fund’s management company and retained full responsibility for, and authority over, all investment decisions.
